Thank you all for your continuing support.
This email advises you on the recent announcement that may assist you in navigating the WSLHD Moodle Collaborative Site for Education and Training.
Update such as:
- The plan to upgrade from 3.11 to Moodle 4.0 has been completed
- New
features and overview can be (YouTube) or via Educators' Tutorials with new videos related to the latest version. Videos from previous versions are still applicable.
- Student's Tutorials has the latest video of the new version.
Attention to Course Site Facilitators/Owner:
If you are responsible for maintaining a course site within this system as a 'Facilitator' access role, please ensure to check the following:
- Check your course site(s) to see if there is any obvious error resulting from the upgrade. For example, you have skewed/glitches on a content page(s).
- Check if all the facilitators and SME role access are current and active employees; if not, please remove/cease their access to your course site.
If in doubt, please get in touch with WSLHD Education Technology via the helpdesk for technical support.
